Shipping policy

We are currently only shipping within the US.

Currently, all domestic website orders of $39 or more receive free shipping.

Shipping prices are based on USPS Priority Mail estimates, and all orders include tracking details and delivery confirmation.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once it has shipped. 

Please note that we cannot control USPS transit times.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Love by Lala is not responsible if a package is not deliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. You have within 24-48 to notify our support staff of an address change before your order is processed and shipped out.

Love by Lala is not responsible for lost, stolen and undelivered packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
