As such, we stand behind our products and guarantee their quality. However, please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept any returns or offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Allergic reactions or any skin sensitivities.
• Dissatisfaction with the scent or texture of the soap.
• Change of mind after purchase

 We encourage all customers to carefully review the product details, ingredients, and scent descriptions before making a purchase. In case of any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to our customer support info@lovebylala.com before placing your order.

 In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, kindly reach out to us within 3 of receiving your order, providing photographic evidence of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if deemed appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

 CANCELLATIONS

 You may email our customer care team within 5 hours of placing your order during business hours to request a cancellation. Once we have begun to prepare an order, it is not possible to cancel. Refunds for cancellations are applied once we provide confirmation.
